Great to meet you!

I am a LCSW dedicated to helping adults navigate the complex, often overlapping challenges of OCD, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and depression. If your mind feels like it is running a dozen open tabs at once—while simultaneously bracing for every possible worst-case scenario—you are not alone, and you don’t have to untangle it by yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care, including CBT, ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). We will work together to quiet the mental loops, build realistic executive-function strategies, and move at a pace that respects your nervous system.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a collaborative intake assessment focused on understanding your history, your primary concerns with OCD, anxiety, ADHD, or depression, and your goals for therapy. It is less about immediately diving into difficult exposures and more about building safety, structure, and a clear roadmap forward.
