Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist I help adults and children connect to their strengths and resources by providing therapy through the lens of creativity. You or your child may be experiencing depression or anxiety. You may be struggling to cope with trauma or adjusting to life transitions such as changes in relationships, career or school. I offer compassionate, individualized psychotherapy to help you understand yourself and heal.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a licensed creative arts therapist and board certified music therapist with a masters in music therapy from New York University. My theoretical approach in psychotherapy is informed by attachment theory, play therapy, CBT, meaning centered interventions and existential psychotherapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Music is a powerful tool in the therapeutic process. It helps us connect with our body, emotions and memories when talking alone falls short. I offer treatment using both verbal psychotherapy and musical interventions. You need not have any prior musical expertise or background to benefit from music therapy.

Together we will aim to understand your specific struggles and form a treatment plan to meet your personal goals, so you can flourish once again.
