Great to meet you!

When navigating through life, you may face a time when loss seems like it is too much to handle, face an illness, or a traumatic time in your own life. You do not need to navigate this alone! I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Based Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, and EMDR. I have a Master of Social Work from Tulane University and Doctor of Social Work from the University of Southern California.

My approach to therapy

For over 10 years, I have specialized in supporting individuals who are navigating change and are looking for support that allows them to both honor their loss and create a path forward that feels meaningful and hopeful. I have specific experience working with people struggling with trauma, infertility, medical illnesses, and grief. I have also supported professionals who have faced a variety of transitions and losses in their careers.

What you can expect from me

We’ll work together to identify what you’re feeling in the here and now, then come up with strategies that you can begin putting into action in your life right away.
