Great to meet you!

I consider it a true honor and privilege to work with clients. I have an easy-going, laid back approach and understand that counseling can be intimidating, at first. I am open minded, fun-loving, and direct when I need to be. I am supportive, protective, nonjudgemental and compassionate for my family, friends, and clients. My discipline ranks high in that I exercise daily and eat a clean, healthy diet. I love the outdoors, the sun on my face, the songs of birds, and time with my family. I ride in my turquoise Jeep, top back, and let the breeze blow through. Live Life.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy and will use the tool I think may be best to help my client at the time. I give homework at times to help you clients progress and achieve their set goals. I am here to support, encourage, listen, and help you the best way I know how.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to be heard, gain some skills, and be challenged. Change can come when you do the work. Therapy may not be east but it can be life changing.
