Great to meet you!

I believe each of us has our own unique strengths, needs, and personality. I have worked with a wide variety of people who present with a wide range of personal struggles (anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, etc). I have found that by being my true self, it allows others the space to do the same. 'The path to self-discovery is not a straight line. It's a zigzag." By Alicia Keys. I hope to guide you along your path, whatever that may look like.

My approach to therapy

I believe the first step in our work together is for us to build a trusting, collaborative relationship. Having a solid therapeutic relationship provides a safe space, enhances motivation, and increases the likelihood of achieving your personal goals. I will incorporate various therapeutic techniques depending on your personal goals and comfort level. My goal is to empower you while fostering self-awareness, emotional growth, and positive change.
