Great to meet you!

I appreciate that reaching out for help is not easy, so I am glad that you are here. I am a clinical and forensic psychologist with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have worked with adults from all walks of life: young adults navigating the responsibilities and transition to adulthood, those involved in the criminal justice system, trauma survivors, those feeling overwhelmed, and adults struggling through significant life change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment in which you can explore your feelings and personal challenges. Using a holistic, strength based, solution focused approach, we will work collaboratively to develop a plan that best supports your growth and goals.
