Great to meet you!

After 20 years in corporate America, I chose to pursue a more purposeful career supporting people through growth, healing, and change. That experience gives me a practical understanding of career pressures, major life transitions, identity shifts, relationship changes, and what it means to create a new path when the old one no longer fits.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, humorous, open-minded, and gently challenging. I strive to create an accepting, judgment-free environment where you can speak honestly about your experiences, relationships, identity, sexuality, and goals without feeling like you need to edit yourself to make your life easier for someone else to understand.

I specialize in diverse relationship structures and relationship styles, including polyamory, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), open relationships, kink/BDSM dynamics, and other relationships that may fall outside traditional expectations. Whether you are navigating jealousy, boundaries, communication, attachment, relationship agreements, dating multiple partners, opening or closing a relationship, power dynamics, or simply trying to understand what type of relationship feels most authentic to you, therapy does not have to begin with the assumption that monogamy or a traditional relationship model is the goal.

I also recognize that relationship concerns are not always caused by being polyamorous, kinky, or non-monogamous. You should be able to talk about work, anxiety, family, trauma, self-esteem, or everyday life without your relationship structure automatically becoming the focus of therapy.

Together, we can explore patterns, strengthen communication and boundaries, better understand emotional responses, and work toward a life and relationships that feel intentional and aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

Our introductory session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, explore what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying your goals.

Just as importantly, the first session gives you an opportunity to determine whether I am the right fit for you. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe, respected, and accepted for who you are. By the end of our initial meeting, I hope you feel heard, comfortable with our direction, and motivated about the possibility of growth.
