Great to meet you!

I love working with people navigating chronic illness and neurodivergence. These experiences can add layers to your life that often go unseen or misunderstood. While they don't tell your whole story, they do have a way of showing up in many aspects of your day-to-day. Maybe it looks like pulling away from the people you love because you're burnt out from trying to explain what you're going through. Or masking your way through the world until you crash when you finally get home. Or waiting months for a doctor's appointment only to leave feeling dismissed.

My approach to therapy

If we have the opportunity to work together, I will always join the therapy room with genuine curiosity about you. I am here to listen and honor what you are going through. I draw from both clinical knowledge and lived experience, while leaning into relational and humanistic frameworks. I believe this creates room for us to build a genuine connection.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, you don't have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. You can bring the complicated parts: the grief, the uncertainty and the things that are difficult to put into words. My role is to offer a steady space where you can untangle what you're carrying and explore what you need without judgment or pressure. Together, we can make room for what has been lost while finding a way forward that feels true to you.
