Great to meet you!

I work with clients who are in the trenches of everyday life while living with chronic illness, disability or neurodivergence. While these identities may not be your entire story, I’d imagine they have a way of finding their way into so many parts of your life. Maybe it looks like feeling exhausted before the day has even started. Or masking your way through the world, pushing past your limits until you crash when you finally get home. What about the frustration of not being believed by a doctor after waiting 5 months for an appointment?

My approach to therapy

If we have the opportunity to work together, I will always join the therapy room with genuine curiosity about you. Every condition comes with its own complexities and there is so much individuality in how each person experiences their body and their circumstances. I am here to truly listen and honor what you’ve been through. I want to understand your grief, how these experiences have impacted you and what matters most to you moving forward.

What you can expect from me

In this space, we might cry. We might laugh. We might even do both at the same time. Therapy can be messy and that’s okay! There is something deeply powerful about having somewhere where the mess can just be. Somewhere you can practice acceptance while still finding ways to make room for hope and growth.
