Great to meet you!

As an MSW, LCSW and therapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to healing, stability, and personal growth. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, with experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, grief, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person has a unique story and deserves care that feels individualized, safe, and supportive. My approach to therapy is compassionate, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and rooted in meeting clients where they are. If we decide to work together, I view therapy as a partnership where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to create space for honest communication, while gently challenging and supporting you as you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin with an introductory session where you have space to share your story, what brought you to therapy, and what you are hoping will feel different in your life. We will work together to identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. I strive to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment where you feel comfortable being honest and vulnerable, while also feeling respected and secure. From there, our work together will focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and helping you move toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
