Great to meet you!

I’m Shannon Shaw, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). I specialize in narcissistic abuse, antagonistic and high-conflict relationships, and betrayal trauma. Many of my clients come to me feeling confused, emotionally drained, and wondering, “Is it me?” If you're dealing with gaslighting, manipulation, blame shifting, impossible conversations, or feeling like you're constantly trying to keep the peace, I can help you make sense of what’s happening and figure out how to navigate it. Whether you’re dealing with a narcissistic or high-conflict partner, ex, co-parent, family member, or boss, we’ll work together to understand the dynamics, strengthen boundaries, and find ways to protect your peace while feeling more confident and grounded in yourself.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, supportive, and down to earth. I offer a grounded, non-judgmental space where you can process at your own pace where your confusion makes sense, your anger is allowed, and your grief has somewhere to land.

What you can expect from me

I’m an engaged therapist who offers honest feedback, helps you connect the dots, and gives you practical tools to navigate what you’re dealing with. Healing is possible. Clarity is possible. And so is feeling like yourself again.
