Great to meet you!

I am an independently licensed clinical social worker and clinical supervisor. I have been in the field for over 25 years and have a wealth of experience in behavioral health that includes collaborating with clients who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, grief, adjusting after major life events, and those who just need short-term solution focused counseling. I see the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative alliance where we work together to help you get to where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy. I am trained in several evidence-based practices including DBT, CBT (Depression, Trauma-focused adults and children, couples, anxiety, psychosis), EMDR, solution-focused and narrative therapy. It is my goal to help you reach your goals and there are lots of tools to help you get there.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be about getting to know one another. This will help me understand what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve.
