Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and emotional burnout. I hold an MA in Clinical Counseling and Marriage and Family Counseling. I am trained in Trauma informed treatment as well as EMDR. I have over 15 years experience working in the mental health field. Many of my clients are self-reflective, insightful people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected — even though they’re used to holding everything together.

I have experience in outpatient and community-based settings. My clinical training includes trauma-informed care, attachment-based therapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and parts-informed work. I specialize in helping clients build emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and a stronger sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is collaborative, clear, and compassionate. I aim to create a space that feels safe and grounded, while also supporting meaningful insight and real values based change. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you — it’s about understanding you, finding your voice, strengthening your internal resources, and moving toward a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.

I frequently work with therapists, helpers, and high-achieving professionals who are skilled at supporting others but struggle to prioritize themselves. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or hold it all together — just show up as you are.

Areas of focus include:

  • Trauma and complex trauma
  • Relationship concerns, boundaries, and codependency
  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion
  • Life transitions and identity shifts
  • Support for therapists, helpers, and high-achieving professionals
  • Anxiety and chronic stress

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, calm, and supportive space where they are met with presence, curiosity, and respect. The first session is focused on helping you settle in, feel comfortable, and begin sharing what brings you to therapy — without pressure to say everything “the right way” or all at once.

I pay close attention not only to what you share, but how you share it — your emotions, energy, and pacing. You guide what we talk about and how quickly we go. My role is to listen carefully, reflect what I’m hearing, and help bring clarity to your experience in a way that feels grounding rather than overwhelming.

Sessions are collaborative and paced intentionally. If emotions feel intense, we slow down. If you’re unsure where to begin, I help you orient. Over time, we build on your existing strengths, explore coping strategies, and work toward greater understanding, relief, and emotional balance.

Therapy is a space that belongs to you — a place to pause, be heard, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying, with support along the way.
