Great to meet you!

With over 17 years in the mental health field, I have worked with youth and adults across inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization (PHP) settings. For the past 10 years, I have specialized in trauma, supporting clients navigating mood and trauma-related challenges, including combat, developmental, and complex trauma.

I am trained in EMDR, CBT, and CPT, and I approach therapy with openness, curiosity, and respect for each client’s unique story. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, affirming, and grounded in genuine connection.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and am passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach to therapy, grounded in curiosity, respect, and genuine connection. I work to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace. Using evidence-based practices, I tailor treatment to each client’s needs while prioritizing safety, trust, and meaningful connection.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what brings you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your history, but there is no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll focus on building rapport and making sure you feel comfortable moving forward.
