Great to meet you!

Meet your therapist: I have 8+ years of experience in the field of counseling. It is truly my passion. My favorite thing is seeing a client overcome a challenge they once said would be "impossible." (Hint: Almost nothing is impossible with the right support!) I form a personal and intentional relationship with each client and I will walk with you through moments that are uncomfortable or difficult. Outside of work I can be found cooking and spending time on the farm with my three fantastic dogs.

My approach to therapy

I work from a holistic, strengths and attachment based viewpoint. Depending on your goals or personality, we may take a direct approach to treatment. I might join you in a challenge to step outside of your comfort zone so that you can begin to gain confidence and experience a more fulfilling chapter in your life. In other cases, we may take things slow and my role will be to create a safe space for you to process emotions you may not be ready to share with the outside world. I am here for YOU.

What you can expect from me

Whether you know exactly what you want to work on, or you come to me with a myriad of possible treatment focuses, my role is to help you navigate and get on track towards reaching your objective. In-office or Telehealth appointments will be a place of focus and comfort for you. At times there will be challenges, but you will never have to approach these alone. My job is not done until you are satisfied and I am confident that there is a positive and fulfilling outcome ahead of you.
