Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I am here to provide a warm, down-to-earth online space where you can safely talk through life’s challenges without fear of judgment. Since we meet entirely online, you can flexibly fit telehealth therapy into your busy schedule from the comfort of your own home. Together, we will focus on your personal strengths, build practical tools for your daily life, and help you feel more in control of your future.

My approach to therapy

I use a warm, collaborative approach that puts your unique needs, goals, and strengths first. By blending a supportive, non-judgmental environment with practical strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused therapy, we look at where you are today and build real-world tools to help you move forward to a better tomorrow.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and completely judgment-free environment where we focus entirely on getting to know you. We will start by talking about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and any current challenges you are facing. We will collaborate on a few realistic, initial goals and outline a flexible roadmap tailored to your pace and lifestyle. By the end of our first session together, you will leave with a clear understanding of how we will work together and a sense of direction for our future online meetings.
