Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have over 7 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, and a range of addiction-related concerns, including substance use and behavioral addictions.

My work is grounded in a practical, supportive approach that integrates CBT, behavioral activation, and skills-based strategies to help you create meaningful, lasting change in your day-to-day life. I also have experience working in higher levels of care, including partial hospitalization settings, which allows me to support clients with more complex or persistent challenges.

I specialize in working with adults navigating life transitions, stress, and recovery-related issues. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck and build tools to improve stability, confidence, and direction.

My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to move forward at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you create real change. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you understand patterns, shift unhelpful thinking, and build effective coping skills. I tailor each session to your needs, combining structure with a collaborative, down-to-earth style. My goal is to help you feel more stable, in control, and able to move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to get out of therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your situation, and we’ll begin identifying goals and a plan that feels realistic and helpful to you. My approach is supportive, straightforward, and focused on helping you feel comfortable while also moving toward real change. You can expect a relaxed, non-judgmental space where we begin building practical steps forward.
