Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm so glad you're here! :) I know how overwhelming and intimidating it can be to look for help. A safe place and a non-judgmental/unbiased ear are highly coveted and sought after in today's society. Therapy can address infinite issues and struggles that arise in daily life. I know it worked for me-- let it work for you!

I graduated from Northwestern University and have worked with individuals of all backgrounds and ages. I live in Ohio and am licensed in Ohio, Arizona and Virginia.

My approach to therapy

Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, relationship issues, or just life in general, take comfort that I'm here to help! I utilize many modalities for treatment including (but not limited to) CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, exposure therapy, validation, and many more. Feel free to ask me questions about them and if they are something you feel you would benefit from. Let's equip you with the right tools and skills for happiness.

What you can expect from me

Together, we can work through whatever it is that you need to lead your "best" happy and healthy life. I entered this field as a way to "pay it forwards" from the individuals who have helped me throughout my life. Therapy is beneficial for any and everyone. Although you may feel overwhelmed and stuck, you are not alone. Please let me help you heal your mind, heart, and soul.
