Great to meet you!

I’m Shannon, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. I have vast experience with many populations as I’ve worked in residential treatment centers, crisis centers, outpatient clinics, and in private practice. I bring a deep, compassionate understanding of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, and life transitions. I am also trained in Brainspotting and other interventions that help address distressing events and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, understanding, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your unique experiences. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner strength, wisdom, and capacity for growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions feeling more empowered, more connected to yourself, and more equipped to handle what’s in front of you. We’ll work together to unpack old patterns, make space for your emotions, and move toward a version of your life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. You’ll gain insight and practical tools to help you manage stress, improve relationships, and feel more present in your everyday life. Therapy with me is both supportive and action-oriented—you won’t be alone in this work.
