Great to meet you!

There are times when life can feel like we’ve been knocked down; a relationship ends, anxiety spirals, grief hits, or we simply wake up one day feeling lost and unsure of how we even got here. When everything feels overwhelming or broken, therapy can be the place where you finally begin to put the pieces together again.

I help adults and couples move through trauma, anxiety, and relational stress so they can feel more grounded, connected, and hopeful about their next steps. I hold a Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, and I’m trained in EMDR, a trauma-informed approach to support emotional healing and nervous system regulation. I use the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support improved connection and communication with couples. I’ve provided therapy in the private practice and community mental health settings, supporting a wide range of individuals and relationship dynamics.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate and focused approach to healing. We’ll go at a pace that feels safe for you, while still building momentum toward change. My work integrates EMDR, somatic regulation, and evidence-based strategies including CBT-informed interventions, Attachment-based tools, and emotionally supportive tools to help you process what you’ve survived and reconnect with who you are becoming.

Together, we’ll make sense of what has happened, explore the patterns that keep you stuck, and create space for new options and stronger inner grounding. My focus is always on helping you feel less alone in the hard moments and more confident in the path ahead.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll begin understanding what has brought you in and what you’re facing right now. You can share as much or as little as you’re ready for. I’ll ask thoughtful, gentle questions to get to know your history, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope will feel different.

You can expect a calm, supportive space where you never have to worry about saying the “right” thing. We will start outlining goals for our work together, identifying what matters most to you and how therapy can support your healing. You are always encouraged to ask questions, get clarification, and let me know what you need. This is your space, and we will shape it together in a way that feels safe and meaningful for y.
