Great to meet you!

Dear future client, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of Kentucky. I received my master's from the University of Louisville and have been practicing for 7 years. I work alongside adults to assist in managing/coping with strong emotions to support mental wellness. Adults who need support while learning ways to cope. A space to process unhealthy attachments and traumatic experiences.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, you the client already have what it takes. I am here to work alongside you and be supportive. I will provide a safe and welcoming space for you to express your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Free of judgment.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session we will review your intake as I asses your history and goals. I will provide a safe space for you to ask all questions needed for you to become comfortable with me. I believe in first building trust and rapport with client as trust is imperative to a therapeutic relationship. We will discuss goals that you have for your mental health and over-all well-being.
