Great to meet you!

You have probably been carrying more than you let on, and somewhere along the way, just getting through the day became the goal. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, family stress, and life transitions that feel bigger than expected. I also support parents who are looking for help for a child or teenager who is struggling to find their footing. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to make sure you feel genuinely heard from the very first conversation.

My approach to therapy

Our work together moves at your pace, shaped around what matters most to you right now. For many of the people I work with, that means finding ways to manage anxiety that has started to feel constant, processing experiences that have been difficult to shake, or working through identity questions and life changes that do not have easy answers. We focus on building insight, developing tools you can actually use outside of our sessions, and helping you reconnect with your own strengths. I work best with people who want a warm, collaborative relationship with their therapist and are ready to be honest about where they are, even if they are not sure where they are going.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really just a conversation. We will talk about what brought you here, what you are hoping for, and any questions you have about how the process works. There is no agenda and no pressure to have everything figured out before we begin. If this feels like a fit, I would genuinely love to hear from you.
