Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Boston University in 2019 and have experience working across a variety of clinical settings with diverse populations.

My professional background includes working with children and families, individuals affected by domestic violence, including both survivors and those who have caused harm, and individuals struggling with substance use disorders involving drugs and alcohol. I have also worked extensively with clients living with psychiatric diagnoses, providing support around symptom management, emotional regulation, and overall stability.

I work with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, family stress, and major life transitions. My experience allows me to meet clients with compassion and understanding, regardless of where they are in their journey or what has led them to seek support.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and the emotional impact of medical or caregiving roles. My goal is to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they work toward meaningful change.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. I believe therapy is most effective when it is grounded in trust and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, values, and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, supportive working relationship. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain from our work together, and any concerns or questions you may have about the therapy process.

I will take time to understand your background, current stressors, and strengths, while also reviewing important topics such as confidentiality, boundaries, and how therapy works. There is no pressure to share everything at once—therapy moves at your pace, and you are always in control of what you choose to discuss.

My approach in the first session is collaborative, non-judgmental, and supportive. Together, we will begin identifying goals and determining how therapy can best support your needs. You can expect a space where you are listened to, respected, and met with compassion.

By the end of the session, we will discuss next steps and what ongoing sessions may look like, ensuring that you feel informed and comfortable moving forward.
