Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Shante, and I’m happy you’re here.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from the Bay Area and have called Las Vegas home for over 10 years. My background includes work in trauma-informed care, community mental health, and supporting Veterans navigating complex life challenges. These experiences deepened my belief that healing happens best in spaces where people feel genuinely seen, respected, and safe enough to be honest about what they’re carrying.

I strive to create a therapy space that feels grounded, collaborative, and human. I primarily support women navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the pressures of trying to hold everything together while still caring for themselves. My approach is rooted in CBT and mindfulness-informed practices, helping clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building healthier coping tools, emotional awareness, and more intentional ways of responding to life.

Clients often describe me as warm, calming, easy to talk to, and deeply present. I value authenticity in the therapeutic relationship and believe meaningful growth happens when people feel emotionally safe, supported, and empowered to reconnect with themselves without shame or judgment.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy pottery, mindfulness practices, spending time with my family, and finding small ways to slow down and stay present throughout the day. I believe healing often happens in the little moments where we learn to reconnect with ourselves with more compassion and intention.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I create a space where you can feel safe to be honest and talk through what’s really going on. I help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns so things start to feel clearer and more manageable. I often work with women navigating life transitions, stress, and feeling overwhelmed.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you can begin sharing what’s been going on and what led you to seek support. You’ll have time to talk at your own pace, without pressure to have everything figured out. I’ll ask a few thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences and what you’re hoping for. Together, we’ll start to bring clarity to what you need and what you’d like to work toward.
