Great to meet you!

I am a doctorate-prepared Nurse Practitioner dually certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). With a strong foundation in both physical and mental health, I understand how deeply mental well-being impacts overall health and quality of life. I have had the privilege of working with individuals across diverse backgrounds and clinical settings, and I am deeply committed to reducing the stigma associated with seeking mental health care. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or life transitions, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged on your path to healing and wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to medication management is holistic, compassionate, and patient-centered. I integrate evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, active listening, and empowering communication to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

What you can expect from me

I remain committed to helping individuals build resilience, improve daily functioning, and achieve emotional wellness. Whether you’re just beginning your mental health journey or looking to fine-tune your treatment plan, I’m here to help you take the next step with confidence and compassion.
