Great to meet you!

I have a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling & Marriage Family Children Counseling. I have a BA in Advanced General Psychology. I am licensed in the state of Georgia with several years of experience under my belt working with individuals, couples, families, and children facing this thing we call life.

My approach to therapy

My primary style of therapy is "Person-Centered Therapy" developed by Carl Rogers, where the client takes the lead in the session, and the therapist primarily focuses on providing a supportive, non-judgmental environment, actively listening and reflecting back the client's emotions and experiences to help them gain self-awareness and find their own solutions to problems.

What you can expect from me

Clients will be provided a safe, accessible, and non-judgmental space where they can openly discuss their concerns. The goals are always to develop a secure therapeutic relationship between client and therapist, gain deeper emotional insight, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal goals.
