Great to meet you!

High functioning individuals often struggle in silence. You may be successful in your career, dependable for others, and accustomed to managing everything on your own, yet privately feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or emotionally exhausted.

With over 16 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with motivated adults who are ready to gain insight and create meaningful change. I provide a space that is warm, collaborative, and direct when needed. Using healthy, respectful confrontation and practical tools, we identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and build strategies that support clarity, balance, and emotional resilience.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship stress, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions.

My practice is designed for clients who are choosing therapy for themselves and are ready to actively engage in the process.

You do not have to carry everything alone. Growth is possible when insight is paired with action.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, collaborative, and insight driven. I work with high functioning professionals and driven individuals who are navigating anxiety, burnout, performance pressure, grief, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are successful in their careers yet privately overwhelmed, overextended, or struggling to slow their minds down.

I use evidence-based strategies, including cognitive behavioral approaches and strength-based work, to help you identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and develop practical tools you can apply outside of session. Therapy with me is not just about processing feelings, it is about gaining clarity, increasing emotional awareness, and creating sustainable change that supports both your personal and professional life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will clarify what brought you to therapy and what you would like to see change. We will explore your current stressors, patterns, and goals, and begin identifying where you feel stuck or stretched thin.

You can expect a space that is both supportive and direct. I will ask thoughtful, focused questions and help you begin organizing what may feel mentally or emotionally overwhelming. Before we end, we will outline clear next steps, so you leave with greater clarity and direction.
