
Hi, I’m Shanti, I help women navigate anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma. Whether through the convenience of tele-health or in person in my Jacksonville, Florida office, I want to provide a safe and supportive space where you can quiet overwhelming thoughts and regain a sense of control in your life.
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, respect, and trust. I believe healing happens in a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard without fear of judgement. I help clients explore their emotions, break free from unhelpful patterns, and build coping skills that foster resilience. My work is especially focused on helping women and teen girls navigate anxiety, depression, and the impact of childhood trauma.
