Great to meet you!

Accepting new clients! I’m a licensed mental health counselor and practice owner who works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and difficult life transitions. I work best with clients who are ready to invest in themselves and their relationships in a meaningful way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is evidence-based, and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from modalities such as CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy. I offer a calm, grounded space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. My goal is to help you slow down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to slow down and begin understanding what’s bringing you to therapy.

We’ll talk through:

  • What’s been weighing on you or prompting you to seek support
  • Your current stressors, relationships, and emotional experiences

You can expect a calm, structured, and supportive conversation — not pressure to share everything at once.

We’ll begin identifying initial goals. My clients leave their first session feeling a sense of relief, clarity, and reassurance that they don’t have to navigate everything on their own.
