Great to meet you!

I am a proud, seasoned, Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience as a clinician and a lifelong passion for helping people and making a difference. From a young age, I knew that my purpose was to help others, and now, I feel very privileged to fulfill that calling every day. With a heart dedicated to serving, I have become a trusted supporter and ally for a diverse array of individuals on their unique journeys toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

CBT-informed • Strength-Based • Client-Focused • Real-Talk Healing

As a therapist, my approach is grounded in compassion, clarity, and collaboration. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and empowered—so my work centers the client as the expert of their own experience. My role is to walk with you, help you connect the dots, and support you in building practical tools that make life feel lighter, more intentional, and more aligned with who you truly are.

What you can expect from me

From the very first session, clients can expect a warm smile greeting them into a safe, nonjudgmental space of healing. As we begin, my goal is to not only extend that welcoming embrace but also to gain a deep understanding of my Client's needs and expectations for treatment. It will be our first step towards exploring how I can of best support in the journey towards growth and well-being.
