Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and judgement-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I have over 10 years of experience in the counseling profession working children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity issues, and behavioral difficulties. My goal as a LMHC is to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change within their own time.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is collaborative, compassionate, as well as individualized. In moving forward in the counseling process, evidenced based practices such as CBT, SFBT, Person-Centered, mindfulness along with therapeutic techniques and strengths-based interventions are utilized. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I encourage clients to help identify patterns, develop practical coping skills, as well as improve emotional well-being and build confidence.

What you can expect from me

A client can expect an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brought the client to therapy, their personal history, current challenges, and the goals they would like to achieve. I'll answer any questions the client has about the therapeutic process and work with the client to help develop a personalized treatment plan as well as provide a safe space for the client to express their thoughts, feelings, and concerns.
