I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of nursing experience, supporting patients with mental health concerns. My background includes psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy integration, and medication management across the lifespan.

I have experience in outpatient psychiatry, dual diagnosis, residential, acute psychiatric, forensic, emergency, and ECT settings, as well as medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I focus on thorough assessment, evidence-based treatment, safe prescribing, and creating a respectful, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard and supported.

This first session is designed to help us understand your needs and begin developing a personalized, supportive plan of care. Patients can expect a warm, comprehensive intake where we explore current concerns, relevant history, safety needs, and treatment goals. Please complete the intake packet before your appointment so we can make the most of our time together; failure to complete it will result in rescheduling.
