I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with over 15 years of experience working in counseling, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution. I have worked with various populations, targeting issues related to depression, anxiety, mood instability, ADHD, and grief. In addition to helping through life transitions while addressing relationship, parenting or military issues. While I have experience working with the adult population, I specialize in working with children and adolescence.
