Great to meet you!

You've done the work..but something in your body still doesn't feel safe,

You’ve done the thinking.

You’ve tried to “push through.”

And still... something in your body won’t settle.

That’s not a failure—it’s your nervous system asking for a different kind of support.

I specialize in helping individuals heal from childhood trauma, PTSD, chronic stress, and emotionally overwhelming experiences—especially when it shows up in the body as anxiety, shutdown, tension, or health challenges.

My approach is not just about talking through your experiences.

It’s about helping you feel safe, regulated, and connected to yourself again.

My approach to therapy

Sessions may include holistic and wellness evidenced based strategies such as CBT, DBT, IFS as well as mindfulness activities such as breathwork, journaling, or art to deepen self-awareness. Therapy builds emotional regulation, identity confidence, and communication skills. My goal is to create a safe space for curiosity, growth, and reconnection to your whole self.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we begin developing our therapeutic relationship in which I gain deeper understanding of your current emotional and psychological experiences. I integrate talk therapy, mindfulness, yoga-inspired movement, and energy work to support mind-body-spirit healing. My goal is to help clients build emotional awareness and body-based coping skills.
