I specialize in working with individuals and families struggling with personality disorders and other trauma related disorders; offering a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and strengthen their relationships. I believe no one is meant to do life alone, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they discover resilience, hope, and lasting change.

I use a Psychoanalytic and Attachment focused approach with my clients. I believe in transparency and direct communication and do my best to model this during session.

During an initial session, we will go over intake paperwork, your goals for therapy, and talk more in depth about what prompted you to seek therapy.
