Great to meet you!

My name is Sharaye Gilmore. I am an LCSW with over 10 years of experience in the therapy and case management settings. I am married with four adult children. I have a masters in social work and bachelor’s degree in psychology. My passion is to help others achieve their personal goals with a strength based approach.

My approach to therapy

My preferred therapeutic orientations are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy from a mindfulness standpoint. Life struggles are normal but having the support necessary to conquer the struggles demonstrates an empowering therapy alliance. My ultimate goals are to assist with person insight, identify the areas of change and how to move forward to achieving your goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session focuses on background information, relationship expectations, goals, and treatment planning. This meeting helps the therapist understand your history, clarify how you and the therapist will work together, and map out the steps for your care.
