Sharda O. Sloane, LPC (she/her/they)

RR Wellness & Psychotherapy

All healing begins with the embodiment of love and sweetness.

Sharda O. Sloane, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor providing compassionate, client-centered psychotherapy through her solo practice, RR Wellness & Psychotherapy. She/they work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity concerns, life transitions, and questions of meaning and purpose.

Sharda’s therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care, with a particular emphasis on existential therapy. She/they support clients in exploring core themes such as meaning, identity, freedom, responsibility, and authenticity, helping individuals better understand themselves and their lived experiences while developing greater emotional resilience and clarity.

In addition to traditional psychotherapy, Sharda offers a holistic and integrative perspective. For clients who desire it, she/they may incorporate mindfulness, grounding practices, and exploration of spirituality or personal belief systems. All integrative work is client-led, respectful, and aligned with each client’s values, culture, and goals.

Sharda is committed to creating a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where clients feel supported, empowered, and deeply seen. She currently provides telehealth-only services.
