Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I believe that seeking therapy is a courageous step toward healing, growth, and living a more fulfilling life. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore life’s challenges and discover your strengths.

As a therapist, I work collaboratively with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, self-esteem issues, and substance use or recovery-related challenges. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered techniques, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

My approach is compassionate, authentic, and empowering. I strive to help clients develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional regulation, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are navigating a difficult season of life or seeking personal growth, I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and wellness.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore life’s challenges. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. Using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered techniques, I help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, review your personal history, and identify your goals for treatment. You’ll have a chance to ask questions, and together we’ll develop a plan that feels supportive and tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and confident as we begin your journey toward healing and growth.
