Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or stuck in unhelpful patterns that you can’t seem to break? You're not alone—and you don't have to navigate things by yourself.

My name is Shardé Taylor; I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor at Taylored Therapy Solutions, PLLC. I work with individuals ages 13 and up who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, poor body image, OCD, relationship or marital issues, and school or work-related stress. I am a true LGBTQ+ ally and advocate. My Headway calendar is for consultations only.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered which means your therapy is taylored to you and your specific goals! I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities to meet your specific needs, so no two clients experience the exact same therapy. Whether you need space to process difficult emotions or tools to move forward, I offer both.

What you can expect from me

At Taylored Therapy Solutions, you’ll find a therapist who is empathetic yet direct. Someone who will listen deeply, validate your feelings, and also challenge you when needed. I believe healing happens when we can explore our inner world with honesty, curiosity, and support.

This work is my passion because I truly care about helping people grow through what they go through. I am doing exactly what I am supposed to be doing in life, and that helps me to approach each workday with gratitude and/or excitement. If you are ready and willing to make changes in your life then go ahead and request or schedule a free 20-minute consultation! (Only consultations can be scheduled using my Headway calendar. Reach out to me directly to bypass the consultation.) I look forward to meeting you!
