Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sharee Bailey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 11 years of experience supporting individuals and families through grief, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, health concerns, and major life transitions.

My background includes behavioral health, medical social work, foster care, crisis prevention, family court, and long-term care. I bring a warm, affirming, and empowering approach to therapy, creating a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. I also offer Christian counseling for clients who want their faith and personal values incorporated into therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and client-centered. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Problem-Solving Therapy to help you better understand your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and work toward your goals.

I tailor therapy to your needs and pace, and I can incorporate Christian counseling when desired. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and feel more confident moving forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming conversation focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will talk through your current concerns, your history, your goals, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once. The first session moves at your pace, and you will have time to ask questions, express what you are looking for, and get a feel for how we will work together. My priority is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning.

By the end of our first session, my hope is that you leave with a clearer sense of next steps, a better understanding of how therapy can support you, and reassurance that you do not have to navigate this season alone.
