Great to meet you!

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, or emotionally reactive, especially when these patterns have been present for a long time and feel hard to change. Many of the people I work want to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change in how they feel, relate, and respond to stress.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded, practical, and relational. I place a strong emphasis on understanding how past experiences shape present-day reactions, especially when it comes to anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and relationship patterns.

Together, we look at what is happening beneath the surface and work toward change that feels steady, realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe our work as thoughtful, supportive, and focused. I aim to develop a space where you feel understood and not judged, while also helping you develop insight and tools that you can actually use in your daily life.
