I have over 30 years experience in the field and a strongly eclectic background. I am versed in cognitive, psychodynamic, behavioral, and many other approaches. In addition to being a clinical psychologist, I have a degree in developmental psychology and have worked in art therapy; family therapy; and college counselling. I am also IPI certified.

My approach to therapy is tailored to the individual client. It is largely talk therapy, but is flexible depending on the client.
