Great to meet you!

Are you looking for someone you can feel safe to address your needs and not feel judged? Are you looking for someone authentic and supportive? Are you having difficulty finding someone who will be honest and direct?

I work well with anyone who is motivated to start addressing their concerns right away. I believe finding the right therapist can be challenging. Finding a therapist should feel comfortable and natural. I am told I have a way of helping people feel as if they have known me before.

My approach to therapy

Holistic Approach (Interested in your daily care, self care and spiritual practices if any), I like to get an understanding of the source of your problem. Then together we explore how the source influences your thinking. People live life through their experiences which do not always serve us very well in today's time. I also believe in working from a holistic approach. Did you know our daily routines can prolong your recovery or cause mental instability?

What you can expect from me

Shari has experience working with victims of domestic violence and mental health issues such as depression and personality disorders. Experience providing individual, couple, group, and family therapy, aimed at improving interpersonal relationships. Shari has facilitated relapse prevention and parenting groups. She has excellent outcomes of parents regaining custody of their children. My experience in building a strong therapeutic relationship with clients helps them feel safe and heard.
