Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care. I have a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric mental health and have experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of mental health concerns. My practice focuses on psychiatric medication management combined with supportive and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I strive to create a comfortable, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in developing a treatment plan that fits their individual needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care, meaning we work together to develop a treatment plan that feels realistic and appropriate for your individual needs and goals. My style is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, and I believe it is important for clients to feel heard rather than rushed through an appointment. My focus is not simply on reducing symptoms, but on helping you improve your overall functioning, emotional well-being, and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you have the opportunity to openly discuss your concerns, experiences, and goals for treatment. We will review your mental health history, current symptoms, medications, lifestyle, and other factors that may be affecting your overall well-being. Together, we will identify your priorities and develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapeutic interventions, or a combination of both. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clear plan for moving forward.
