Great to meet you!

With decades of experience and a trauma-informed background, I bring a compassionate, comprehensive approach to therapy. My personal recovery journey began in early sobriety as I explored the impact of childhood trauma. Later, helping raise my stepchildren deepened my understanding of attachment wounds and narcissistic abuse. This path led me to earn a doctorate in psychology, specializing in trauma, abuse recovery, and attachment. I know how vital it is to have someone walk alongside you, and I’m honored to support others in healing from addiction, trauma, and relational harm.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate a range of powerful therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, attachment-based therapy, parts work, and inner child healing. These approaches are especially effective for addressing deep-rooted emotional wounds, particularly those resulting from narcissistic or toxic relationships. My sessions support a diverse group of individuals coping with various forms of trauma, abuse, and addiction.

What you can expect from me

My desire is to help my clients reach their personal goals, working with them to bring relief from their distress, helping them heal from deep interpersonal wounds.

Together, my clients and I embark on a journey of personal growth, cultivating self-empowerment through individualized, practical strategies and genuine connection.
