Great to meet you!

First and foremost, I want you to know that this is your space. Therapy with me is not about fixing you because you're not broken. It’s about helping you discover tools, patterns, and perspectives that can support your healing and growth.

I approach each client as a whole, unique person, not a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. I use an eclectic therapeutic style, drawing from a variety of approaches based on what feels right for you, because no one fits neatly into a single box. I believe in flexibility, creativity, and compassion in the healing process.

I'm certified in EMDR therapy and have witnessed its power in helping people move through trauma and emotional pain. If EMDR is the right fit for you, it can be a transformative part of our work together, but it’s always your choice and comfort that lead the way.

I value honesty, warmth, and humor in the therapy room. I’ll show up as a real human being, not a blank slate. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, seen, and empowered. We’ll celebrate your progress, however small it might feel, and we’ll work together to define what healing and happiness look like for you.

Therapy is your journey. I’m here to walk alongside you, not lead the way. If you’re ready to start, I’m ready to meet you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

As a mental health professional, my goal is to support you in building a more fulfilling, productive, and joyful life. I believe in empowering you with practical, effective coping strategies that align with your unique needs and experiences.

I take an eclectic approach to therapy because I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. You’re not a box to be checked off or a label to fit into, and I’m here to make sure you never feel like you are. I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods, tailoring our work together to suit your specific goals and challenges.

I’m also a certified EMDR therapist, and I’ve seen firsthand the powerful impact it can have on healing from trauma and emotional wounds. Whether we’re using EMDR or other modalities, I’ll walk alongside you as a guide and partner in your healing process, celebrating each step forward and helping you define what healing means for you.

Together, we’ll create a space that’s safe, supportive, and centered around your growth.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that every session leaves you feeling just a little more seen, a little more empowered, and a little more connected to yourself, your strength, and your healing journey.

I want you to walk away with tools you can actually use in your daily life, not just in the therapy room. Whether it’s a new coping strategy, a fresh perspective, or simply the relief of saying something out loud that needed to be said, each session is a step forward.

You’ll leave with a growing sense of confidence in your own resilience and your ability to navigate life’s challenges. Some days, that might look like major insight or emotional release. Other days, it might be quiet progress, such as just showing up and being present with what’s real for you.

Through our work together, I hope you feel supported and validated, but also gently challenged to grow in the ways that matter most to you. Healing doesn’t always look linear, but you’ll start to recognize your own momentum, and I’ll be right there to celebrate it with you.

Most of all, I want you to know that this work is yours. I’m here to help guide and support, but the healing? That’s your power—and it’s always been within you.
