I am an LCSW graduate from California State University, Los Angeles, with a passion for supporting young adults as they navigate identity and the transition into adulthood. I have experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, sports performance, relationship challenges, work burnout, low self-esteem, adjustment issues, and healing from trauma and adversity. My training includes CBT and psychodynamic approaches, which I integrate to meet each client’s unique needs.
I am a nonjudgmental therapist who is here to support you in creating the life you want. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you uncover your own path toward growth and a better quality of life. With an upbeat and approachable style, I value bringing warmth—and sometimes humor—into our work together. Above all, I believe the foundation of therapy is a strong, trusting relationship that provides a safe space for you to feel seen, heard, and supported.
In our work together, I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable engaging in therapy. My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, while also allowing room to process emotions at your own pace. When helpful, I may offer practical “homework” between sessions to support your growth and progress outside the therapy room.
