Great to meet you!

Growth isn't about having all the answers. It's about having a place to explore the questions. Therapy can help you better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and build practical tools for lasting change.

For the past 13 years, I've helped high-achieving adults manage anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, identity questions, and life transitions with greater confidence and clarity. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and have a special interest in working with LGBTQ+ and multicultural communities.

My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way, build on your strengths, and work toward the goals that matter most to you using evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

Every person brings a unique story, and therapy should reflect that. Together, we'll explore meaningful patterns, build practical tools, and work toward lasting change using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), acceptance-based strategies, and resilience-focused interventions.

I work with adults from all backgrounds and have a special interest in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and clients from multicultural communities, particularly those with Middle Eastern and Latin backgrounds. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported, with a little humor along the way when it helps.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to slow down and get a clear sense of what brings you in. We talk about what has been feeling stressful, confusing, or heavy, and we explore what you hope might feel different. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. You can share at your own pace while I ask thoughtful questions to help us understand the bigger picture.

We also go over your history, your current stressors, and any patterns you have already noticed in your life. I explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and check in to make sure the space feels comfortable and aligned with what you need. By the end of the session, you will have a sense of direction and a clearer understanding of what our work together might look like.

The goal of the first meeting is simple connection. You get to show up as you are, get a feel for who I am, and decide whether this feels like the right place for your growth.
