My practice is titled She Ignites! She Ignites is built to partner with women on a journey to becoming a Renaissance Woman. Meaning, she’s goal-oriented, a change maker, generational curse breaker. Perhaps it’s you- a mom, a wife, a leader, an educator, or a cashier- regardless of your titles, you desire to build a life that is purposeful, fulfilled, and joyous.

As a therapist, I will partner with you, serve as your accountability partner, and offer support to you as you work to reach your individual, professional, and/or relationship goals. I design a safe space to process your thoughts, identify areas of growth, and create access to tools that support your journey of wellness.
