Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated nursing professional with over six years of clinical experience and a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. I earned my Masters of Science in Nursing from Herzing University with a specialization as a Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner, where I trained to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental health conditions through evidence-based, holistic care. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, which provided a strong foundation in medical and clinical practice. In my role, I strive to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey. I am known for my warm, open-minded, and affirming approach, and I believe meaningful healing begins with trust, understanding, and genuine connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is patient-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe environment, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected and comfortable discussing their concerns without judgement. I value open communication and work alongside my patients to empower them in their treatment decisions, helping them build the tools and confidence needed to improve their overall well-being and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be welcoming, supportive, and judgement-free space where we take time to get to know one another. During the visit, I will ask questions about your concerns, mental health history, medical background, lifestyle, and goals for treatment so I can gain a full understanding of your needs. Together, we will discuss potential diagnoses, treatment options, and whether medication, therapy support, or a combination of approaches may be helpful.
