Great to meet you!

You may be used to being the one who holds everything together. You take care of people, anticipate what others need, and keep going even when you are exhausted. On the outside, you may seem successful and capable. Inside, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, unsure of yourself, or like you are always waiting for something to go wrong. Maybe you learned early to be the responsible one, the peacekeeper, the fixer, or the person who did not need much. Those patterns may have helped you get through difficult experiences, but now they can show up in your relationships, your boundaries, and the way you see yourself.

My approach to therapy

I help adults understand how earlier experiences may still be shaping the way they respond to relationships, stress, and themselves. My style is warm, engaged and collaborative. I am not a therapist who will simply sit back and nod. Depending on what you need, we may use EMDR, somatic work, parts work, and practical strategies to help you feel less stuck.

What you can expect from me

Finding the right therapist matters, especially when you are talking about experiences that may be difficult to put into words. You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk about what brings you to therapy, what you are looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit.
